Tile Showroom Design Consultant

Tile International is looking to hire a full-time sales associate for our Waltham tile and stone showroom.

Qualifications:

• Committed to excellent client service.
• Computer experience including email and Microsoft Office.
• Creative and conscientious team player.
• Experience with tile, interior design or related trade is a bonus.
• Salary based on experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist customers in our showroom.
• Customer followup via phone, email, and in person.
• Manage sample library.
• Assisting customers in designing various projects.
• Maintain clean and healthy environment.
• Organizational skills to prioritize projects.
• Maintain company 5 star rating.

Hours Include:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
• Saturday: 9:00AM - 4:00PM
• Comprised of a 40 hour work week

Warehouse Shipping and Receiving

Our tile and home design center is growing and we are looking to add to our warehouse staff with a shipping and receiving associate.

Our warehouse shipper and receiver is responsible for and capable of:

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Lifting of boxes/packages up to 75 lb.
• Accepting and unloading deliveries to the warehouse
• Forklift operation
• Truck Loading and Unloading
• Good Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Skills- willing to train the willing to learn
• Working as part of a team

Experience in a similar position preferred. Experience working with tile and stone is a bonus. A valid driver's license is required for this position.
